Very smoothly and tension-free

I was nervous about moving, but the team really helped make the process a lot smoother. They were very good at their job, worked quickly, and treated al my things with care. They even made sure to ask me how I wanted to arrange things in the new place, and that really meant a lot to me. The whole process went really well and didn’t cause any problems.

Long-distance move from Oklahoma City, OK to Bay Springs, MS

Stolen ad broken itens.

They piled heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, crushing the contents inside. I ended up with shattered glassware that was carefully wrapped. Felt like they didn’t care one bit. Poor estimate and poor communication.

They handled everything very well.

This crew's use of environmentally friendly materials, such as reusable containers instead of disposable boxes, impressed me. They provided recycled-material packaging paper! They covered my reclaimed wood coffee table with moving blankets and protected my framed artwork in recyclable wooden boxes. They quickly unloaded everything and helped me properly stack the empty containers for later collection.

The Guys were absolute troopers!

Arrived on time with great attitudes.

I moved into a studio apartment on the fourth floor with no elevator. I kept apologizing for all the stairs, but they just smiled and kept going. They figured out a way to get my oversized dresser up without damaging anything or scuffing the walls. Everything was placed exactly where I needed it, and they ensured I had access to what I needed first.
